TELCOR QML® has connectivity for more than 160 device types. Whether you are looking to add new testing on devices already in use, add a new device to your POC program, or expand testing to include ambulatory locations, we can help.

New - Beta Release
TELCOR adheres to a beta release process providing our customers with the best outcomes when implementing new device types. Our dedicated Beta Implementation Manager works closely with the first customers implementing each device type to ensure all features and functionality perform as expected before we release to our entire customer population.
iLine® microINR
The iLine Microsystems microINR Expert meter is a handheld coagulometer, performing PT/INR for monitoring anticoagulation therapy. The device supports connectivity through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or external Ethernet adaptor (available separately).
The microINR instrument connects to QML wirelessly or through a vendor-purchased USB-C to Ethernet adaptor. Communication with QML is Bi-directional. QML sends operator list, patient list and set date/time to the instrument. The instrument sends patient, quality control (QC)and EQC data to QML.
Implementation of the microINR requires a minimum QML version of 2.3.28.
Updates
The following updates were released in the fourth quarter. While some updates require a QML upgrade, most TELCOR device connectivity updates have little to no interruption of connectivity for these device types. Contact TELCOR Support (POCTSupport@telcor.com or 866-489-1207) for more details.
Cepheid® GeneXpert® DX

A new HCV cartridge and test were added.
- The serial number of the testing module (Alternate Device Serial Number) is now displayed in the Device section on the Sample tab.
A TELCOR device connectivity module update is required. Most TELCOR device connectivity updates have little to no interruption of connectivity.
Cepheid® GeneXpert® Xpress

A new HCV cartridge and test were added.
The new test and cartridge must be added by TELCOR.
LumiraDx™
- The LumiraDX device connectivity module previously required the .NET 6.0 framework to operate. This update modifies the module to be compatible with .NET 8.0, enabling it to run on servers that have only .NET 8.0 installed. This change ensures support for newer versions of the .NET framework and improves long-term maintainability.

baebies FINDER®
FINDER G6PD test provides glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase enzymatic activity in whole blood specimens using only a 50-microliter sample, enabling clinicians to quickly and accurately determine G6PDd status.
FINDER connects to QML through its network port. Communication is Uni-directional, sending patient and quality control (QC) data to QML.
