TELCOR QML® has connectivity for more than 160 device types. Whether you are looking to add new testing on devices already in use, add a new device to your POC program, or expand testing to include ambulatory locations, we can help.
We are dedicated to connecting all POC testing, and will communicate new connectivity and enhancements as they become available.
TELCOR adheres to a beta release process that allows our customers the best outcomes when implementing new device types. Our dedicated Beta Implementation Manager works closely with the first customers implementing each device type to ensure all features and functionality perform as expected before we release to our entire customer population.
Universal Biosensors Xprecia Prime™
The Universal Biosensors Xprecia Prime is a handheld coagulation analyzer performing PT/INR testing for monitoring anticoagulation therapy. The device supports Wi-Fi and wired connections.
This connectivity includes patient and AQC results, set date/time, operator lists, and patient lists.
Implementation of Xprecia Prime requires a minimum QML version of 2.3.28. No other hardware or software is required.
The following updates were released in the first quarter. While some updates require a QML upgrade, most TELCOR device connectivity updates have little to no interruption of connectivity for these device types. Contact the TELCOR support hotline for more details.
Abbott® i-STAT® Alinity System
This new test and cartridge must be added by TELCOR.
Abbott® i-STAT®/DE System
Abbott has released a new patch for the i-STAT/DE System (version 2.10) that enables support for the High Sensitivity Troponin I (HS-TnI) cartridge and test. This patch allows you to perform HS-TnI testing without needing to upgrade the DE server operating system.
Please note that full support for HS-TnI testing is built into DE version 2.11 and higher. The HS-TnI cartridge and test have been available through QML since May 2022.
If you're running DE version 2.10, a patch is required, unless you want to upgrade.
