It would not be possible to do as much point of care as we do without TELCOR QML. And when you look at our billable tests—about 25 percent of our billable tests system-wide are point of care—and because they are interfaced, I can charge for them.
I use QML and I love it. You don't pay per device just per instrument type. This allows you to connect as many instruments as you need at no additional cost. They have a lot of drivers for instrument connections and are good at creating drivers for instruments if they don't have one. Their support team is always helpful. We've had TELCOR QML for 15+ years and no complaints.
