Our dedicated Beta Implementation Manager works closely with the first customers implementing each device type to ensure all features and functionality perform as expected before we release to our entire customer population.
QuidelOrtho™ Solana®
Per QuidelOrtho, the Solana performs molecular testing by helicase-dependent amplification to detect multiple diseases and conditions.
This connectivity includes patient and AQC results.
Implementation of Solana requires installation of a new connectivity module.
The following updates were released in the last quarter. While some updates require a QML® upgrade, most TELCOR device connectivity updates have little to no interruption of connectivity for these device types. Contact TELCOR Support for more details.
Abbott® Direct Connect Glucose & Ketone
A TELCOR device connectivity module update is required. Most TELCOR device connectivity updates have little to no interruption of connectivity.
Abbott® i-STAT®/DE System
No QML upgrade is required and no i-STAT/DE upgrade is required if version 2.11 or higher.
In late March 2025, Abbott will release a patch for the i-STAT/DE System version 2.10 to support the high sensitivity Troponin cartridge. An i-STAT/DE upgrade is required if running version 2.9 or below.
Roche cobas® Liat®
A TELCOR device connectivity module update is required. Most TELCOR device connectivity updates have little to no interruption of connectivity.
Siemens Healthineers DCA Vantage®
A TELCOR device connectivity module update is required. Most TELCOR device connectivity updates have little to no interruption of connectivity.

Abbott® i-STAT® Alinity®
TELCOR will be releasing connectivity for the new high sensitivity troponin cartridge. The implementation requires installation of a new connectivity module.
bioMerieux BioFire® FilmArray® 2.0 and Torch Systems
TELCOR will be releasing connectivity for BioFire FilmArray into beta soon. This connectivity includes patient and QC results. Implementation requires installation of a new connectivity module.
QuidelOrtho™ Savanna® Platform
TELCOR will be releasing connectivity for Savanna into beta soon. This connectivity includes patient and QC results, set date/time, and operator lists. The implementation of Savanna requires installation of a new connectivity module.
Werfen Hemochron® Signature Elite Serial
TELCOR will be releasing new serial connectivity for the Elite devices into beta soon. Using the serial communication protocol allows the auto send feature to be enabled on the devices. This connectivity includes results, set date/time, operator lists, patient lists, reagent lists, and device configurations. The implementation of serial Sig Elite requires installation of a new connectivity module as well as a serial-to-Ethernet converter for each device. The existing POCT1A connectivity and the new serial connectivity can coexist to allow time for a planned transition.
The TELCOR software development team completed an evaluation of the following devices and connectivity development will be scheduled upon receipt of the first customer order.
